I had the fortunate opportunity courtesy of HA-DERMA to work alongside some expert plastic & maxillofacial surgeons & skilful aestheticians at the RCS Edinburgh.
We injected recently deceased faces and then dissected them to assess our accuracy of placement. We also injected poorly on purpose.. ..just to to see what damage could really be done… such as tissue death & blindness😲
It was also fascinating to see how some cosmetic facial surgical procedures are performed and how the layers of the face are repositioned to achieve this 🗡
As always, it was great to meet and socialise with medical professionals from all over the country and share our knowledge, experiences & expertise on skin & aesthetics.
